Precept without the administrative tail
You decide when you are available, which specialties you take, and what your honorarium is. We handle the paperwork, the school approval, and the scheduling.
You keep control of your capacity
- Your availability is authoritative. You publish windows and blackouts; the platform will not commit you beyond the capacity you have set.
- Your honorarium, your basis. Set an amount per hour, day, week, or rotation. It is not negotiated down behind your back.
- Mutual acceptance. No student is assigned to you. A placement exists only once you have accepted it.
- Paid after a verified start. Your payout is released once both parties confirm the rotation began — not on a promise, and not months later without explanation.
Verification, and what it asks of you
Before you can accept placements we verify your licensure and credential documentation. You will be asked to upload evidence and to keep it current — an expired credential moves you back into review until it is renewed, because a school will not accept a placement supervised on a lapsed licence.

Will my details be public?
No. Your profile is never a public listing. You appear as a match to students whose rotation request fits your specialty and availability, and your contact details are released only after you have accepted a placement.
How and when am I paid?
You set your own honorarium and its basis — per hour, per day, per week, or per rotation. Payment is released after the rotation start is confirmed by both you and the student, the student's funds have cleared, and your payout account is fully onboarded. Payouts run through Stripe Connect.
How much time does this take before the student arrives?
Less than doing it yourself. You confirm availability, accept or decline offers, and sign the site and school paperwork we route to you. Chasing forms, deadlines, and approvals is our job, not yours.
What if I have to withdraw?
Tell us as early as you can. A withdrawal opens a case, the student is made whole under our published policy, and we search for a replacement. Their approved paperwork carries over where it is still valid.
