Why this exists

Nurse practitioner students routinely spend months arranging clinical placements that their programmes require them to complete. That is the problem we work on.

The problem

Most NP programmes require students to find their own preceptors, but the work of actually arranging a placement is not the introduction — it is the paperwork, the school approval, the site onboarding, and the scheduling that follow. That work is spread across people who have no shared system, so it gets done over email, out of order, and often twice.

The result is students who have a willing preceptor and still cannot start, preceptors who stop volunteering because the administration is exhausting, and schools reviewing packets that are missing the one document they always need.

How we approach it

  • Schools keep their authority. School approval is a required stage a placement cannot pass without. We do not route around a programme’s process; we feed it complete packets.
  • Money follows progress. Payment is staged against real milestones, preceptor honoraria are released only after a verified rotation start, and what happens when a placement fails is written down in advance.
  • Privacy is structural. We hold no patient data of any kind. Preceptor identities and contact details are released at a defined point rather than being browsable, and our own reporting suppresses any group small enough to identify someone.
  • Decisions are explainable. Matches show their reasoning, exclusions show why, and every consequential action is recorded in an audit trail that cannot be quietly edited.

What we are not

We are not a clinical or academic authority. We do not decide whether a rotation satisfies your programme, we do not supervise practice, and we do not assess teaching quality — verification confirms credentials and agreements, nothing more.

We also do not promise placements. A preceptor has to agree to take you and your school has to approve the site, and no platform can guarantee either. We publish no placement rate or time-to-placement figure, because we would rather say nothing than publish a number we cannot stand behind.

Questions we have not answered here?

We would rather tell you plainly whether we can help than sell you on it.

We use analytics only to understand which pages help people find placements. Nothing loads until you choose. Read our privacy notice.
